REF.: Informs award of Tender of Disability and Survival Insurance period 2022-
2023.
Dear Sir or Madam:
Pursuant to Section 9 of DFL 251, in conjunction with Section 102 of the Act
N2-18.045, Circulars Nos. 662 and 991 of the Commission for the Financial Market and
duly authorized for this purpose, I inform you as an essential fact of Penta Vida Company of
Seguros de Vida S.A. (“the Company”), the following:
As established in the rules of public tender for Disability and Survival Insurance
corresponding to the period 2022-2023, on April 25, 2022, we were notified by the
“SIS Tender Committee 2022-2023 of the Association of AFP A.G.” of the official results of the
referred tender, being awarded to Penta Vida Compañía de Seguros de Vida S.A., 6 fractions
of men with an administered rate offered of 0.013% and 4 fractions of women with a
Offered administration rate of 0.018%, both for the coverage period between 1

For its part, we also inform that the subscription of the aforementioned insurance contract
is of importance to the Company and we believe that the financial effects of the
