We take this opportunity to inform you that at the same ordinary general meeting
Singled out, among other matters, were agreed upon:
(i) Approve the Annual Report and Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and Report of the
External Auditors for the year 1? of January
of 2022 and December 31, 2022.
(ii) Approve the distribution of a final dividend amounting to $10.93228084 for
share, totaling $3,084,134,217.-, to be paid as of the same date of the
meeting that took place.
