Duly empowered for this purpose, in accordance with the provisions of article 9 “and second paragraph
of Article 10″ of Law No. 18,045, and with the provisions of Section Il of Title | Numeral 2.2. of
General Rule No. 30 of the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance, now Commission
for the Financial Market, I comply with informing you that on April 13 of this year
was made aware of the resignation of Mr. José García Naveros from the position of titular director, which
It will be effective as of April 17 of the present.
Mr. García Naveros has informed that the reason for his resignation responds to personal reasons
that prevent him from continuing to exercise his position as principal director in AFP Planvital S.A.
I note that the letter of resignation was notified to the Society yesterday, in accordance with
with the Law.
Finally, this comes to complement and rectify what was reported yesterday by letter
GG No. 560/2023.
