Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of article 9 and the second paragraph of article 10 of the Law
N’ 18.045 on the Securities Market and General Rule N* 30 of the Superintendence
of Securities and Insurance, today Commission for the Financial Market, finding myself duly
empowered to do so, I inform you as an essential fact of the Fund Administrator
of Pensiones Cuprum S.A. (the “Company”) the following:
That on October 5 of this year, as cited, the Fifth Meeting was held
Extraordinary Shareholders of this Administrator, whose purpose was to pronounce on the
Approval of a reduction in excess capital and the corresponding reform of
the bylaws. In the instance, the following subjects were approved:
1.- The proposal to reduce the share capital to the sum of $565,583,879,140 pesos was approved.

2.- The proposal to reform the Company’s bylaws was approved in order to reflect the aforementioned

Finally, I inform you that the Minutes of the aforementioned Meeting will be sent within the period provided by
the law and the corresponding regulations.
