of the Board of Directors held on April 28, 2022, it was agreed to propose to the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders, to be held on April 29, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., through technological means
remote, a the distribution of a final dividend of $ 1.94202.- per share, which would be effective on
on May 18, 2022, to the holders of shares that appear registered in the Shareholders’ Register
to May 12, 2022, to the extent approved by the aforementioned Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
