At the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Empresa Eléctrica Pehuenche S.A. held today, April 24,
2023, approved the distribution of a definitive dividend corresponding to the year 2022, for an amount
of $113.045329208 per share. This dividend will be paid as of May 19, 2022, at
shareholders registered in the Register of Shareholders at midnight on the fifth business day preceding the
Appointed date.
The publication of the corresponding notice will be made on May 2 in the newspaper El
Mercury of Santiago.
