(the “Company”), in accordance with the provisions of Article 92 and second paragraph of Article 10 of the Securities Market Law and General Rule No. 30 of the Financial Market Commission, and duly authorized for this purpose, I hereby communicate to you as an Essential Fact the following:
In response to the death of our beloved Executive Vice President, Mr. Juan Antonio Álvarez, as of today, April 27, 2022, the Board of Directors agreed, as of this date and for an indefinite period, to appoint as interim general manager of the Company the legal corporate manager, Mr. Duncan Grob Urzúa.
