General Character N” 30, the following essential fact is communicated with respect to CLUB DEPORTIVO
PALESTINO SAD, its businesses, its public offering securities or the offer thereof.
On April 27, 2023, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Club Deportivo Palestino SADP was held,
In which the present actions were approved unanimously, the following agreements were adopted:
1. Approve the Balance Sheet for the year ended December 31, 2022, Statements
Financial, Report and Report of the External Auditors and Report of the Audit Committee;
To appoint the members of the Board of Directors for a period of three years, the following persons being elected:

3) Carry out the publication of the notices of summons to the Shareholders’ Meetings of the company during the year
2023 in the newspaper El Mostrador.
4) Other matters of Ordinary Shareholders’ Meetings were announced and approved, such as
They are the non-distribution of profits, the remuneration of the members of the board of directors, publicizing the agreements
of the Board of Directors adopted on those matters referred to in articles 146 et seq. of the Law on
Corporations.
