ESSENTIAL FACT
PALESTINIAN SADP SPORTS CLUB

Under Article 9? and second paragraph of article 10? of Law 18,045, and in
General Rule No. 30, communicates the following essential fact with respect to CLUB
DEPORTIVO PALESTINO SADP, its businesses, its public offering securities or the offer thereof.
On April 28, 2022, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Club Deportivo was held
Palestinian SADP, in which the present actions were approved unanimously. The
following agreements:
1. Approve the Balance Sheet for the year ended December 31 of the year
2021, Financial Statements, Report and Report of the External Auditors and Report of the Commission
Account Reviewer;
2. Appoint the members of the board of directors until the period 2024, being elected the following
people:

2.- Sabas Chahuán Sarrás, RUT 10.125.284-1
3-. Rodrigo Delgado Mocarquer, RUT 8.771.203-6
4.- Jorge Sabag Sabag, RUT 6.735.614-4

6.- Fernando Aguad Dagach, RUT 6.867.306-2

3) Appoint KAM Auditors as external auditors, and.
4) make the publication of the notices of summons to the Shareholders’ Meetings of the company
during the year 2022 in the newspaper El Mostrador.
