From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9* and 10, second paragraph of Law No. 18,045 on the Market
of Securities, the provisions of General Standard No. 30 of this Commission for the Market
Financial and duly authorized, I report as Essential Fact the following:
1.- As of today, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting has agreed as follows:

Approve the Report, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statements and Auditors’ Report
External, corresponding to the fiscal year between January 01 and December 31
of 2022.
Approve as definitive dividends the provisional dividends distributed in the months of
July and November 2022, and which correspond to the mandatory minimum dividend in the amount of
M$8,718,090.-, corresponding to 30% of distributable net income for 2022; and a
additional dividend of M$6,288,593.-, equivalent in total to 51.64% of net income
distributable for the year 2022. And in turn approve that, the balance of the net profit of the year
2022, amounting to M$14,053,618.-, representing 48.36% of the net income of the
exercise, is retained in the accumulated earnings account.
To appoint as independent External Auditors for the year 2023,
Pricewaterhousecoopers Consultores Auditores SPA, registered with the N*8 of 2010 in the Register
of External Audit Firms of the Commission for the Financial Market, and set their
remuneration.
Approve the remuneration of the directors until the next ordinary meeting of shareholders.
Approve the electronic journal as www.latercera.com as the newspaper in which the
notices of summons for upcoming shareholders’ meetings and payment of dividends, if applicable.
