From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9* and 10%, second paragraph of Law N*18,045 on the Market
of Securities, the provisions of General Standard No. 30 of this Commission for the Market
Financial and duly empowered, I report as Essential Fact the following:
1.- On April 27, 2022, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting has agreed to the following:

Approve the Report, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statements and Auditors’ Report
External, corresponding to the fiscal year between January 01 and December 31
of 2021.
Approve as definitive dividends the provisional dividends distributed in the months of
May, July and September 2021, and which correspond to the mandatory minimum dividend for a
amount of M$6,210,459.-, corresponding to 30% of the distributable net income for the year
2021; and an additional dividend of M$3,769,513.-, equivalent in total to 48% of the profit
Distributable liquid for the year 2021. And in turn approve that, the balance of the liquid profit of the
fiscal year 2021, amounting to M$10,721,951.-, representing 52% of net income
of the year, is retained in the accumulated profits account.
To appoint as independent External Auditors for the year 2022,
Pricewaterhousecoopers Consultores Auditores SPA, registered with the N*8 of 2010 in the Register
of External Audit Firms of the Commission for the Financial Market, and fix their
remuneration.
Approve the remuneration of the directors until the next ordinary meeting of shareholders.
Approve the electronic journal as www.latercera.com as the newspaper in which the
notices of summons for upcoming shareholders’ meetings and payment of dividends, if applicable.
