Ref. Distribution and payment of provisional dividend.
From our consideration:
By means of the present, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 18%
of Law No. 20,712, Article 9* and second paragraph of Article 10% of Law No. 18,045, and
duly authorized by the Board of Directors of Venturance S.A. Administradora General de Fondos
(the “Administrator”), I inform that Commission, as an essential fact of the
Outdoors Investment (the “Fund”), the following:
The Administrator, in board session dated September 9,
2022, agreed to the distribution of a provisional dividend from the Fund that, in compliance with the
provided for in Section FIVE of Title IX of the Rules of Procedure, amounts to
$5,039.244584475600 for each of the fees according to CFIOUTDA-E mnemonic,
CFIOUTDB-E, CFIOUTDC-E and CFIOUTDD-E.
The payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made from the 15th day of
September 2022, by electronic bank transfer to contributors who
find registered in the respective registry to 5? business day prior to the date of payment according to
the number of quotas held by them at that date.
