Ref.: Relevant fact.
By means of the present, and in accordance with the provisions of Circular N* 662 of that Agency
and its modifications, we comply in informing the following Relevant Fact:
On December 22 of the current year, the shareholders of ORSAN SEGUROS DE CRÉDITO AND
GARANTÍA S.A. have subscribed and paid 1,500.- shares that corresponded to them to subscribe preferentially
for its shareholding, charged to the capital increase approved by Resolution No. 8251 of
dated December 7, 2022, from the Commission for the Financial Market.
Inversiones Orsan Limitada and Johnny Lama Jamarne subscribed and paid in full in cash the
amount of 1,497 shares and 3 shares, respectively, at a value of $ 1,000,000.- (one million
pesos) each, being the subscription value of the shares the amount of $ 1,500,000,000.- (one thousand
five hundred million pesos).
