Ref.: Communicates relevant fact.
By means of the present, and in accordance with the provisions of articles 9* and 10* of Law 18,045 and
Circular N* 662 of the Commission for the Financial Market, we inform you of the following Relevant Fact
regarding ORSAN Seguros de Crédito y Garantía S.A.
It has been found the existence of a deficit in the relationship between Equity / Risk Equity, with respect to
of October of the current year, equivalent to a ratio of 0.87 when the regulations require that the ratio must
be greater than or equal to 1.
On the other hand, it was found that the Financial Indebtedness ratio turned out to exceed the established limit. In
effect, the ratio determined by the calculation made gave as result 1.15 and the regulations require that the ratio
must be less than or equal to 1.
The aforementioned situation had its origin in a relevant generation of business during the reported month which
resulted in a temporary increase in the Company’s liabilities.
Likewise, in accordance with the provisions of Title IV of Decree with Force of Law N* 251 of 1931, we can
inform that the indicators referred to above, which total an amount of MM$ 546.-, will be
regularized once the capital increase agreed at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting has materialized
held on November 11 of the current year whose approval is processed by your
agency and in the process of issuing the respective resolution that approves it.
