By means of and in accordance with the provisions of Articles 9* and 10? of the Law
18.045 and Circular N* 662 of the Commission for the Financial Market, we inform you of the following
Relevant Fact regarding ORSAN Seguros de Crédito y Garantía S.A.
We have verified the existence of a transitory deficit of Representative Investments of Reserves
Techniques and Risk Equity, as of June 30, 2022, amounting to the sum of M$ 971,291.-
which had its origin in the concentration of investments in time deposits and financial bonds of a
same institution, both investments of easy liquidity and convertible into cash to which they are not
applied the limit laid down in point 9.2(c) of NCG No. 152.
The abovementioned deficit was fully regularized in July of this year, giving
Full compliance with the regulations on this matter. In addition, the measures of
Internal Control so that situations such as those described do not arise again.
