By means of the present, and in accordance with the provisions of articles 9* and 10* of the Law
18.045 and Circular N* 662 of the Commission for the Financial Market, we inform you of the following
Relevant Fact regarding ORSAN Seguros de Crédito y Garantía S.A.
It has been found that there is a deficit in the ratio between Net Worth / Equity of
Risk, for the month of June of the current year, equivalent to a ratio of 0.69 when the regulations
requires that the ratio must be greater than or equal to 1.
On the other hand, it was found that the Financial Indebtedness ratio turned out to exceed the limit.

The aforementioned situation had its origin in a relevant generation of business during the month
reported which produced a temporary increase in the Company’s liabilities.
As of the date of this communication, the indicators referred to above, amounting to
MM $ 1,343.-, are regularized as a result of the subscription and payment of the increase of
capital approved by Resolution No. 3424 dated June 6, 2022, of the Commission for the Market
Financial.
