By means of the present, and in accordance with the provisions of Circular N* 662 of that Agency
and its modifications, we comply in informing the following Relevant Fact:
With this date, the shareholders of ORSAN SEGUROS DE CRÉDITO Y GARANTÍA S.A. have subscribed and
paid in full the 1,000.- shares that corresponded to them to subscribe preferably for their
shareholding, charged to the capital increase approved by Resolution No. 3424 dated 6
of June 2022, of the Commission for the Financial Market.
Inversiones Orsan Limitada and Johnny Lama Jamarne subscribed and paid in full cash the
Amount of 998 shares and 2 shares, respectively, at a value of $ 1,000,000.- (one million pesos)
each, being the subscription value of all the shares the amount of $ 1,000,000,000.-
(one billion pesos).
