From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of article 10, second paragraph, of Law 18,045, the provisions of the Circulars
N* 662 and N* 991 and their modifications, dictated by your agency, we comply in reporting the following fact
essential of ORSAN Seguros de Crédito y Garantía S.A. (the “Company”).
In a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company, dated July 7 of this year, they formally assumed as
directors of the Company Mr. Juan Sebastián Lama Arce and Felipe Alessandri Vergara who were
previously appointed at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated April 25, 2022 in which it was agreed,
