Ref.: Communicates relevant fact.
By means of the present, and in accordance with the provisions of articles 9 “and 10* of the Law
18.045 and Circular N* 662 of the Commission for the Financial Market, we inform you of the following
Relevant Fact regarding ORSAN Seguros de Crédito y Garantía S.A.
That, to this date, a deficit has been detected in the surplus of investments compared to the month of March
of the current year amounting to MM$ 300 which we estimate will be maintained during the month of April.
The aforementioned deficit originates as a result of the growth in sales of the Company to the
first quarter of 2022 and the existence of payment plans in some relevant businesses.
Likewise, in accordance with the provisions of Title IV of Decree with Force of Law N* 251 of
1931, we can inform that the situation described above will be regularized in the course of the month
of May 2022 product of the progressive fulfillment of the subscribed payment plans.
On the other hand, we note that, with this same date, in the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders
has decided to amend the statutes of the Company giving way, among other matters, to an increase of
capital for MM$ 1,000 which will be subject to the approval of your agency.
