Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 of D.F.L. 251 in connection with Article 10 of Law No. 18,045, and Circulars No. 662 and No. 991 of this Commission, I am pleased to report as a Material Fact of Orion Seguros Generales S.A. (the “Company”), the following:
On May 10, 2023, Mr. Mauricio Uranga Marín, Commercial Manager of the Company, left his position to take on new professional challenges outside the company. We thank Mr. Mauricio Uranga for the work and professionalism he has given to the Society during the last 3 years and wish him the best in his new challenges.
Likewise, it is hereby informed that the appointment of the new Commercial Manager will be timely reported to this Commission and to the Market.
