In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 and Circulars No. 662
and No. 991 of this Commission, I comply with reporting that the Company has taken
knowledge of the voluntary resignation of Mr. Claudio Alejandro Piña Aguilera, identity card
of identity N* 11.669.275-9, to the position of Manager of Governments, Risk and
Compliance, waiver that will be effective as of July 29, 2022.
