From our consideration:
By means of the present, and by virtue of the provisions of Article 18% of Law No. 20,712,
Article 9 and second paragraph of Article 10% of Law No. 18,045, and duly empowered
by the Board of Directors of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
“Administrator”), I inform you, as an essential fact with respect to the

The approval of the annual management account of the Fund by its

200 Development Units, until the celebration of the next Ordinary Assembly
of Contributors.
The designation of HLB Surlatina as the external audit firm for the
Fund for fiscal year 2023.
The designation of the company Analitics Lab as the firm of valorizers
independent of the Fund for fiscal year 2023.
Finally, the other necessary agreements were adopted to implement the
decisions taken by the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors.
