By means of the present, and by virtue of the provisions of Article 18* of Law N* 20,712,
Article 9* and second paragraph of Article 10* of Law N* 18,045, and duly empowered
by the Board of Directors of Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
“Administrator”), I inform you, as an essential fact with respect to the
Administrator, the following:
That in Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Olive Tree Investment Fund
Ventures | (the “Fund”), held on September 15, 2022, the
proposal to increase the capital of the Fund by US$6,000,000, through the issuance of
Series A, B, C and l fees, in an amount equivalent to US$1,500,000 for each series.
