The essential information disclosed until March 24, 2022 is:
1.-) The Board of Directors of the Company Old Grangonian Club S.A. agreed to summon the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders for April 12, 2022, at 7:30 p.m., at the company’s offices located at
Av. Del Valle No. 11.300, commune of Colina, Santiago, in order to pronounce on the
matters specific to this type of Shareholders’ Meetings, in accordance with the provisions of the
Article 56 of Title VI of Law No. 18.046, Law on Corporations, however,
the contingency for COVID 19, and as instructed by Official Circular N* 1141 of the
CME, the meeting could be held in a non-face-to-face manner, by technological means, which
will be informed in a timely manner to the email registered by the shareholders, without
prejudice to consultations that may be made to gerenciaQogclub.cl
2.-) It is worth mentioning that this year 2021 was greatly affected in its income by having low
Club rentals for parties, meetings and court rentals given the COVID phases, also
I really affect the low support of the brands that were very affected in their businesses, with respect to

3.-) As a positive point we were able to improve the state of the courts and take advantage of the staff to
