I hereby inform you of the following:
With this date, Mr. Claudio Correa Viola has left the position of General Manager of
Ohio National Seguros de Vida S.A., a fact that was brought to the attention and ratified by the
Board of Directors of the company, in Ordinary Session held today.
The Board of Directors expressed its appreciation for the outstanding career and leadership of
Claudio Correa in the company, and thanked his valuable contribution to the development and growth of
the company Chile, for more than 26 years.
It also agreed to appoint to the position of Interim General Manager, effective 1
February, to Mr. Jaime Torres Navarrete, who will also continue to hold the position of
Commercial Manager of Traditional Insurance.
