18.046 on corporations, we inform the shareholders of the Ohio corporation
National Seguros de Vida S.A., which as of today are published in our
Website Directors’ pronouncements regarding the
convenience for the social interest of the transaction between related parties consisting of the
granting of a “Proportional Reinsurance Contract for Disability Insurance and
Survival and Burial Expenses Under a Group Insurance Policy in the Private System
Pensions of Peru, for the period 01-01-2023 to 31-12-2023″, between Ohio National Insurance of
Vida S.A. del Perú as Assignor, and Ohio National Seguros de Vida S.A. Chile as Assignor
Reinsurer, which will be submitted to the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting to be held next
January 10, 2023 at 11 am.
