I hereby inform you of the following:
At the Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of Ohio National Seguros de Vida S.A.,
held on December 12, the Board of Directors took cognizance of the resignation
of the Director of the company Mr. José Berrios.
Likewise, at the same meeting, an internal restructuring was agreed on the basis of that
same date consisting of the elimination of the position of “Human Resources Manager, Income
Life and Marketing”, leaving the Head of Human Resources and Processes currently at
position of Paulina Moya Salinas, under the Management of Investments, Finance and Administration.
As a result of the above, Mrs. María Verónica Forteza Gómez has left the
company yesterday.
