By means of this and in accordance with the provisions of circulars N* 991 and N?
662 of the Commission for the Financial Market, and being duly empowered to do so,
I inform you that, at the Twenty-Fifth Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the company
OHIO NATIONAL SEGUROS DE VIDA S.A., held yesterday, agreed to reject the
Transaction between related parties submitted for your consideration, agreeing instead
maintain in full the current terms and conditions of the “Reinsurance Contract”
Proportional for Disability and Survivors’ Insurance and Burial Expenses Under a
Group Insurance Policy in the Private Pension System of Peru, between Ohio
National Seguros de Vida S.A. del Perú as Assignor, and Ohio National Seguros de
Vida S.A. de Chile as Reinsurer, for the period 2021-2022″.
