At the Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of Ohio National Seguros de Vida S.A.,
held on May 27, the Board of Directors formally took cognizance of
of the resignation of the director of the company Mr. Ramón Galanes, as of May 25
past.
Likewise, the Board of Directors, as a good corporate governance practice, agreed to appoint
director of the society from this date, Mrs. Tina Crista Rosenfeld, who meets the
Legal requirements to be considered an independent director.
The foregoing, in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of Law 18,046 on Companies
Anonymous, proceeding the total renewal of the Board of Directors at the next Ordinary Meeting of
