We hereby inform you that, on April 27, 2022, the
Twenty-Eighth Regular Meeting of Shareholders of Ohio National Life Insurance
S.A., in which one hundred percent of the issued shares with voting rights participated.
The main resolutions adopted by the Board were:
1. Approve the report, the balance sheet, the Financial Statements and the report of the Auditors
external of the year ended December 31, 2021.
2. Appoint KPMG Consultores Auditores SpA as an External Audit Company for the
financial year 2022,
3. Approve the distribution of 13.94% of the profits of the year, amounting to $ 1,800,000,000.-
through the payment of a mandatory definitive dividend in the amount of $128,553.06385.- by
share, on a total of 14,002 shares.
The dividend will be available to shareholders as of May 26,
2022.
The holders of shares registered in the Register of
Shareholders until midnight on May 19, 2022.
This information will be published in the newspaper El Mostrador on May 13, 2022.
