By means of the present, in accordance with the provisions of numeral 5 and 6 of article 147 of the law
18.046 on corporations, we inform the shareholders of the Ohio corporation
National Seguros de Vida S.A., which as of today are published in our
Website Directors’ pronouncements regarding the
convenience for the social interest of the transaction between related parties consisting of the
granting of a Reinsurance Contract in respect of the Run off of Contracts 1, II, 1Il and IV of the
Disability and Survivors’ Insurance and Burial Expenses Under a Group Insurance Policy in the
Private Pension System of Peru, between Ohio National Seguros de Vida S.A. of Peru in quality
of Cedente and Ohio National Seguros de Vida S.A. de Chile as Reinsurer, which will be submitted
to the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on April 28 at 10 am.
