dated March 30 of Ohio National Seguros de Vida S.A., the following was agreed
Restructuring in the organization:
As of April 1, the Commercial Management of Traditional Lines is created, in
replacement of the Commercial Management of Individual Life, gathering in a single management
the Individual Life and Mass Insurance and Tax Relief business lines.
The new management will be led by Jaime Torres Navarrete, currently Manager
Individual Life Commercial, who will become Manager
Commercial of traditional lines, and will report to him the Commercial Sub Management and
Mass Insurance Sales, the Individual Life Sales Deputy Manager and the Sub
Commercial Development and Marketing Management.
