From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712 on Fund Administration
of third parties and individual portfolios, and articles 9″ and 10″ of the Securities Market Law, and
being duly empowered as General Manager of General Administrator
of Fondos Security S.A. (hereinafter the “Administrator”), I hereby inform you how
essential fact of the Security Oaktree Opportunities-Debt Investment Fund (hereinafter the
“Fund”), in accordance with the provisions of number TWO. From Title X on “Increases and
Capital Decreases”, the following:
Due to the above, we put at your disposal the aspects to consider in the
Situation reported:
1. The capital reduction shall be carried out in a single instalment on Friday, 24 March 200.
2023, for a total amount of USD 271,494.57, through the decrease in the value of each
one of the Fund quotas.
2. The amount payable for each of the contributions of the Fund shall be USD 0.013442744.
3. The reduction of the quota value will be made on the trading day prior to the date of payment of
the capital decrease, that is, on Thursday, March 23, 2023.
4. The payment will be made at the offices of the Administrator, located at Apoquindo 3150, floor
7, Las Condes, Santiago, to contributors who are registered in the respective registry
on the fifth business day prior to the date of payment. Such payment shall also be made by
Electronic transfer as indicated by the contributor.
