Ref. Announces the holding of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of NVS Administradora General de Fondos S.A.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and the provisions of
Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, we communicate as an ESSENTIAL FACT,
that, on April 26, 2023, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of NVS General Administrator of
Fondos S.A., hereinafter the “Administrator”, in which the following matters were approved, among others:
1. The annual report, balance sheet, financial statements and report of the external auditors corresponding to the
year ended December 31, 2022;
2. Messrs. Alejandro Bertrand Donoso, Jorge Simian Lasserre, Arnaldo Ravera Zunino,
Eduardo Castro Flores and Verena Horst von Thadden as directors of the Administrator.
3. Ermst 8 Young was appointed as an external audit firm for the financial year 2023.
4. Other matters of social interest within the competence of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting were discussed.
