Distribution of Provisional Dividend.
Dear Sir or Madam:
By virtue of the provisions of Law No. 18,045 and the General Rule
N* 30 of your Committee, being duly empowered, I report as an Essential Fact that the Board of Directors
of Nuevosur S.A., in an ordinary meeting held on the same date, agreed to distribute a Dividend
Provisional of $3,025,000,000 (three thousand twenty-five million pesos), charged to the profits of the
Fiscal year 2022. As agreed, the dividend will be paid on December 28. As of this date,
Nuevosur S.A. does not record accumulated losses.
