From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of article 9″ and paragraph 2″ of article 10 of the Law
No. 18.045 on the Securities Market, and the provisions of Section II of the Standard
General N*30 of this Commission, and other applicable regulations, and duly
empowered by the company Nuevo Capital Corredores de Bolsa de Productos S.A.
Society”), I come to report as an essential fact, the following:
a) The company Inversiones NC S.A., Rol Único Tributario N?* 76.885.175-1,
controlling shareholder of the Company, on June 30, 2022, sold,
ceded and transferred to Don Rodrigo Andrés Pinilla Asencio, national identity card of
identity N” 13.112.861-4, all of its shares in the Company.
b) That at the Company’s Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on the 30th
of June 2022, it was agreed:
of Change the name of the company “Nuevo Capital Corredores de Bolsa de
Productos S.A.”, by “Banglobal Corredores de Bolsa de Productos

ii. Revoke the directory of the same, and grant a new one, appointing
as directors to Mr. Jorge Patricio Kelly Jara, Rodrigo Andrés
Pinilla Ascencio and Pablo Andrés Orellana Rivera.
c) That in Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on the 30th
of June 2022, Jorge Patricio was appointed as president of the Society
Kelly Jara, and as General Manager Pablo Andrés Orellana Rivera.
d) That in Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on the 30th
of June 2022, it was resolved to activate as new administrator users of
the Company, in the SEIL system of the Commission for the Financial Market, and
As a new Compliance Officer to the following persons:
