In compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and General Standard No. 30 of the Financial Market Commission, and duly authorized, I inform you of the following, as an essential fact of Norte Grande S.A. (the “Company”):
At a meeting held on May 26, 2022, the Company’s Board of Directors agreed to distribute an interim dividend of US$ 0.00051137 per share, charged to 2022 earnings.
The provisional dividend will be paid to the shareholders as of June 30, 2022, in its equivalent in pesos national currency, according to the value of the Observed Dollar that will be published in the Official Gazette on June 13, 2022.
Those shareholders of the Company who are registered in the respective Registry will be entitled to the dividend, on the fifth business day prior to that on which it will be paid.
In accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 660 of 1986 of that Commission, Form No. 1 is attached to this presentation, which gives an account of the information relating to the provisional dividend granted.
