In compliance with Article 9? and second paragraph of article 10? of the Law
N? 18.045 of the Securities Market and in the General Standard N? 30 of the Commission for
the Financial Market, and duly authorized, I inform you of the following, in fact,
essential of Nitratos de Chile S.A. (the “Company”):
In a meeting held on May 26, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company agreed
distribute an interim dividend of US$ 0.00002675 per share, charged to the earnings of the
Fiscal year 2022.
The provisional dividend will be paid to the shareholders as of June 28,
2022, in its equivalent in pesos national currency, according to the value of the Observed Dollar that
shall be published in the Official Journal on 13 June 2022.
Those shareholders of the Company who are registered will be entitled to the dividend.
in the respective Registry, the fifth business day prior to that on which it will be paid.
In accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 660 of 1986 of that Commission, it is attached
to this presentation Form N* 1 reporting dividend information
provisional agreed.

shareholders for this dividend, for income tax purposes.
The dividend will be paid in its equivalent in pesos national currency, according to the
value of the Observed Dollar to be published in the Official Journal on 13 June
2022.
Nitratos de Chile S.A. is a public limited company.
The corresponding notice will be published in the electronic newspaper El Libero on 6
June 2022.
