Ref.: Announces the holding of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
Dear Sir or Madam:
In compliance with Article 9? and second paragraph of the article
10? of Law N* 18.045 on the Securities Market and in General Rule N?
30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, and duly authorized, I inform
you the following, as an essential fact of Nitratos de Chile S.A. (the
“Society”):
That, on April 29, 2022, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting was held
of the Society, in which the following agreements were approved, among others:
1. The Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and report of the
External audit firm, for the year ended 31
December 2021;
2. The shareholders agreed to ratify the interim dividends paid and
approved the distribution of 30% of the net profits for the year
2021, amounting to MUS $112,728 net of taxes; Approving
distribute the balance of distributable profits for the year 2021, which
amounts to MUS $25,295, to be paid at the rate of US$ 0.00016791 for

3. Pricewaterhouse Coopers Consultores Auditores SpA was appointed as
External audit firm for the year 2022.
4. Other matters of social interest within the competence of the Board were dealt with
Ordinary Shareholders of the Company.
A copy of the minutes of the ordinary meeting will be sent to the Committee in due course.
