In compliance with Article 9? and second paragraph of article 10? of the Law
No. 18.045 on the Securities Market and Commission Circulars No. 660 and 1062 for the
Financial Market, and duly authorized, I inform you of the following, in fact.
essential of Nitratos de Chile S.A. (the “Company”):
In a meeting held on April 7, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company agreed
propose to the next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company to be held on April 29
of the current year, which approves to distribute and pay by way of definitive dividends for the
business year 2021, and in favor of the respective shareholders, 30% of the net profit
of the 2021 business year, which reached the sum of MUS $112,728, net of taxes.
Considering the provisional dividend paid on January 19, 2022, in an amount
of US $ 0.00005658 per share, there is an amount to be distributed of MUS $ 25,295, which corresponds to
at a dividend of US$ 0.00016791 per share.
This amount, if approved, will be paid in its equivalent in pesos, national currency,
according to the observed dollar exchange rate on the day on which such dividend is approved by the Board
Ordinary Shareholders, in favor of those shareholders of the Company who are
registered in the respective Registry, on the fifth working day prior to that on which it will be paid.
