By means of the present, and as provided in articles 9* and 10″ of the Law
N* 18.045 on the Stock Market, we inform you that in a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company
held on April 4, 2022, it was agreed to call an Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to
be held on April 29, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel, located
in Av. Vitacura N* 2727, commune of Vitacura, Santiago.
The subjects to be dealt with will be the following:
– Approve Report and Balance 2021.
– Distribute profit exercise, and approve final dividend of $ 156.- for each share charged
to utilities of the same.
– Appointment of External Auditors.
– Election of Directors.
– Remuneration Directors.
– Other matters of the Ordinary Meeting.
It is also reported that the Annual Report and the fundamentals of the options
of the audit firms to be proposed to the Board, will be available from 13
of April 2022, on the www.nibsa.com website (URL:
