By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph of article 10″ of
the Securities Market Law, in relation to Article 18″ of Law No. 20,712,
duly empowered and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administradora”), management company of FONDO DE
NEW ENERGY INVESTMENT | (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you as fact
essential that the board of directors of the Administrator, in a meeting held on 26
April 2023, agreed to summon the next ordinary assembly of contributors of the Fund
(the “Assembly”), to be held on May 10, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., on Avenida
El Bosque Norte 0177, 4th floor, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, in order to treat in
the following subjects:
1. Approve the annual account of the management of the Fund by your company
Administrator and the financial statements of the Fund for the
Annual year 2022.
2. To take cognizance of the reports presented by the External Auditors.
3. Account of the Supervisory Committee.
4. Appointment of the Supervisory Committee and determination of its remuneration.
5. To approve the expenditure budget of the Supervisory Committee.
6. Designate the Fund’s external audit firm from among those
registered in the register kept for this purpose by the Commission for the Market
Financial.
7. Appoint independent valuers.
8. In general, any other matter of common interest of the Contributors that
is not proper to an Extraordinary Assembly.
RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ASSEMBLY
The right to participate in the Assemblies shall be granted to the Contributors who are
registered in the Registry of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day prior to
the date of its celebration.

In consideration of the provisions of the Financial Market Commission’s Regulation
of General Character N” 435 and in Circular Letter N” 1.141, both dated 18 of
March 2020, the Contributors are hereby informed that they will be able to participate and vote in the
Assemblies by technological means, through the videoconference system.
More details regarding the mechanisms to connect to the
videoconference, will be sent by e-mail to each of the Contributors.
QUALIFICATION OF POWERS
The qualification of proxies, if applicable, shall be carried out on the same day of the Meetings,
at the place where it is to be held and at the time it is to begin.
