From our consideration:
By means of the present, and by virtue of the provisions of article 18″ of the Law N*
20.712, Article 9″ and second paragraph of Article 10? of Law N* 18.045, and duly
authorized by the Board of Directors of Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos
(the “Administrator”), I inform you, as an essential fact with respect to the
Administrator, the following:
In Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the New Energy Investment Fund | (the
“Fund”), held on May 19, 2022, it was agreed:
i. The approval of the annual account of the Fund’s management by the Fund’s Board of Directors.
and the Fund’s financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2004.

ii. Approval of the reports presented by the Fund’s external auditors,

iii. Approval of the annual account of the Fund’s Supervisory Committee.

The appointment of the members of the Supervisory Committee, thus, the Supervisory Committee will

That the members of the Supervisory Committee receive as remuneration for each
session attended, the amount of 10 gross Development Units with a cap

That the expenditure budget for the Fund’s Oversight Committee amounts to 200
Unidades de Fomento, until the next Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors is held.
Contributors.
The designation of PKF as the Fund’s external audit firm
for the financial year 2022.
The designation of CEA and Colliers International as the firms of
independent appreciators of the Fund for the financial year 2022.
Finally, the other necessary agreements were adopted to implement the
decisions taken by the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors.
