From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of General Standard No. 136 of the
Commission for the Financial Market and other applicable rules, duly
empowered to do so, it is reported as an essential fact that on August 23,
2022 an Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting was held, in which it was agreed to increase
the share capital in the amount of 389,892,169 pesos, divided into 362,077,779 shares, the
which was in that act fully subscribed and paid. The minutes of the Meeting
Extraordinary was reduced to a public deed dated August 25, 2022 in the
notary of Santiago de lván Torrealba Acevedo, whose extract can be found in
Registration and publication procedure in accordance with the law.
