The Financial Statements at the close of June 30, 2022, have shown that the equity of the
society amounted on that date to UF 9,749, that is, under the amount of UF 10,000 established
in Art. 88 of the Insurance Act. The above, as a consequence of the unusual
increase in the CPI.
The board has taken cognizance of this event, has ordered to reinforce the
internal procedures to prevent further declines in the future, and is in place
evaluating the measures necessary to restore their assets to the minimum amount required
within 80 working days of this communication.
