Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and the provisions of
in articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, we communicate as a FACT
ESSENTIAL, the following:
PHI Administradora General de Fondos S.A. informed NVS Administradora General de Fondos S.A. that its
The Board of Directors had agreed to propose and appoint it, subject to acceptance, as the new management company of the
investment fund of the redeemable type, called “Nevasa Vision Investment Fund” (hereinafter, the
“Background”). In accordance with the above, NVS Administradora General de Fondos S.A. informed PHI Administradora
General de Fondos S.A. that in an extraordinary meeting of the board of directors, the proposal had been accepted and subsequent
designation as a new fund management company
In view of the foregoing, NVS Administradora General de Fondos S.A. has deposited in the
Public Registry of Deposit of Internal Regulations that this Commission keeps for this purpose, the consolidated text of the
Rules of Procedure of the Fund, which contain the amendments that account for the replacement of the
management company, having also been informed of the guarantee referred to in Article 12 of Law No.
20.712.
