By means of the present and in compliance with the General Standard N*16 of 1985 issued by the Commission

That, on April 26, 2023, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Brokerage was held, in which
approved, among others, the following subjects:
1. Approval of the balance sheet, financial statements and reports of the external auditors for the
year ended December 31, 2022;
2. It was agreed not to distribute dividends against the year ended December 31, 2022;
3. Appointment of Ernst 8 Young as an external audit firm for the financial year 2023.
