Ref. Communicates essential fact of the “Nevasa Ahorro Investment Fund”.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and the provisions of
in articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, we communicate as a FACT
ESSENTIAL, the following
NVS Administradora General de Fondos S.A. informed PHI Administradora General de Fondos S.A. that
had accepted its appointment as the new management company of the callable investment fund,
called “Nevasa Ahorro Investment Fund” (hereinafter, the “Fund”). The foregoing in consideration of the fact that
the board of directors of the Administrator that I represent, had agreed to appoint, upon her acceptance, NVS
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. as the new management company of the aforementioned Fund.
In view of the foregoing, NVS Administradora General de Fondos S.A. has deposited in the
Public Registry of Deposit of Internal Regulations that this Commission keeps for this purpose, the consolidated text of the
Rules of Procedure of the Fund, which contain the amendments that account for the replacement of the
Management Company.
