Ref. : Reports ESSENTIAL FACT indicating the
Nevasa Ahorro Investment Fund.
From our consideration,
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law No. 18.045, I come to communicate to you
as an ESSENTIAL FACT the following:
In a meeting of the board of directors of Nevasa Administradora General de Fondos S.A., it was agreed that the
Distribution of the final dividend of the investment fund of the callable rate called
“Nevasa Ahorro Investment Fund”, for the sum of $ 90,058,500.-, corresponding amount
30% of the Net Profits Received that may be distributed as dividends,
according to the balance sheet of the aforementioned Fund as of December 31, 2021. The amount of the
dividend payable will be distributed among the series of quotas of the Fund, proportionally
to the rights that each series represents on the total assets of the Fund and then the amount
corresponding to each series, will be distributed to the contributors in proportion to their participation in
this Series, excluding those shares of own issue that have been acquired by the Fund
This dividend will be paid in the manner indicated for such purposes in the internal regulations.

right to it, the Contributors who are registered as such in the Register of Contributors of the
Fund at midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date on which the
payment.
