Being duly empowered to do so, I hereby inform that Commission,
as an essential fact of NEVASA ADMINISTRADORA GENERAL DE FONDOS S.A. (the “Company”,
The following:
We have been informed that, as of today, the company NEV INVERSIONES S.A. and NEVASACORP
S.A., sold all of their shares in the Company, to the companies HABITAT ANDINA S.A. and
ADMINISTRADORA AMERICANA DE INVERSIONES S.A.
As a result of these purchases of shares, the current shareholders of the Company are the
Following:
1. Habitat Andina S.A. owns 37,500 shares; and
2. Administradora Americana de Inversiones S.A. owner of 1 share.
Also, as of today, Mr. Jorge Simian Lasserre, Mr. Rodrigo Aníbal Oyarzún and Mr. Eduardo
Castro Flores resigned from the Society’s board of directors. In view of the above, at an extraordinary meeting of
shareholders, Habitat Andina S.A. and Administradora Americana de Inversiones S.A., sole and current shareholders
of the Society, appointed Verena Horst Von Thadden, Alejandro Smith Ley and Máximo Gustavo Latorre
Errazuriz as members of its board of directors.
